Apostil, Inc. provides document-related services such as notarization, apostille acquisition, courier delivery, authentication of legal documents, and tracking notifications via SMS, Telegram, and WhatsApp. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of our services at any time.

4. User Responsibilities

All services must be paid for in advance unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Apostil, Inc. uses third-party payment processors such as Stripe and PayPal. We do not store your payment card information.
All fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated in a written agreement or due to error on our part.
6. Document Handling and Delivery
While we make every effort to handle your documents with care, we are not liable for:
– Delays caused by third-party couriers or government agencies.
– Lost or damaged documents once they have been handed off to certified carriers.
We recommend insured delivery options for high-value or irreplaceable items.

By using our services, you consent to receive communication from us via:

– WhatsApp (@ApostilBot)
These communications may include service updates, order status, legal notices, and promotional content.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Apostil, Inc. website and bots — including text, graphics, logos, service marks, and documentation — is the property of Apostil, Inc. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or use our content without our prior written consent.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Bucks County, PA.
